• We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio

• You must not resell or redistribute our work without permission

6. Project Timeline

We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by:

• Delays in receiving content or feedback from you
• Changes in project scope or requirements
• Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances
• Force majeure events

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project requirements may require a new proposal and additional fees.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• We are not responsible for third-party services or platforms
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gocube Solution India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment
• Deposits and payments made are non-refundable

11. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any proprietary information you share with us during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
